Hivelight’s CEO Ash Kelso explained “Lawyers can often be hesitant about legal tech due to past experiences with drawn out implementations, and products that are diicult to use. People are often surprised how intuitive Hivelight is, and now we’ve made it super fast to implement as well. You can literally implement it over a cup of coee.”
The rapid onboarding process guides users through 5 steps, where they can either connect their ActionStep account or generate a test account with dummy data (which they can then wipe and use for their own maers). Readers can try it out at hivelight.com.
The ActionStep integration provides a 2-way sync of maers and contacts. The company says that Clio will be added soon, and plans to add Smokeball after that. Adding to the speed of implementation, Hivelight comes with a selection of free-to-use workflows and template suites for the US and Australia that users can apply and edit to get started.
